The Hydraulic Road Block Barrier mainly consists of three parts: roadblock, hydraulic transmission station and electronic control part.
(1) Roadblock
It is composed of the frame and the turning/lifting body. The whole machine is made of steel structure, welded by 16mm national standard A3 die steel plate and international standard U-steel. It has high load-bearing and anti-collision capability. Without electrical appliances or circuit settings in the body, it is waterproof and safe. Buried in the designated position of the lane or gate, it is used for traffic control by the instructions of the duty personnel.The size of the roadblock is L3000*W1280*H760mm, lifting body 635±5mm. The length of the roadblock can be customized.
(2) Hydraulic transmission station
Hydraulic transmission station is composed of oil tank, manual oil pump, full set of hydraulic solenoid valves, high-power motor, oil pump, oil cylinder, oil gauge, oil mark, external liquid level device, and national standard high-pressure knitted steel wire hydraulic tub. It is the power source of the whole set of road barrier system, installed on the side of roadblock.It is used to control the rising and falling of the roadblock lifting body. The rising and falling speed is changeable by regulating valves.The lifting body can be lowered or raised manually when power failure occurs.
(3) Electronic control system
Auto electronic control part is composed of main control board, secondary control board, leakage switch, noiseless and long life contractor, and precise starting time setting. The automatic lifting is optional by adding ground induction coil to sense the car pass and raise the roadblock. Automatic controller part includes control box, remote control, manual control button and so on, which are controlled and used by duty personnel.
