The Tyre Killer mainly consists of three parts: tyre killer, motor control box and electronic control system.
( 1) Tyre Killer
It is composed of the turning/lifting body and base. The whole machine is made of steel structure, welded by 16mm national standard A3 die steel plate. It has high load-bearing and anti-collision capability. Without electrical appliances or circuit settings in the body, it is waterproof and safe. Buried in the designated position of the lane or gate, it is used for traffic control by the instructions of the duty personnel. The size of the tyre killer is 3000 (L) * 455 (W) * 455 (H) mm, lifting body/height of the spikes is 129.4±5mm. The length of the tyre killer and the height of the spikes can be customized.
(2) Motor Control Box
The motor control box is mainly composed of motor, reducer, gear transmission set, connecting device, limit switch and so on. It is the power source of the whole tyre killer system. It is installed on the side of the tyre killer and used with the tyre killer (The rising and falling speed can be changed by electronic control). The anti-collision spikes can be manually lowered during power failure. It can also be raised manually.
(3) Electronic control system
Auto electronic control part is composed of main control board, secondary control board, leakage switch, noiseless and long life contractor, and precise starting time setting. The automatic lifting is optional by adding ground induction coil to sense the car pass and raise the roadblock. Automatic controller part includes control box, remote control, manual control button and so on, which are controlled and used by duty personnel.
